The famous event that took place in the 800s
is here recalled, when Leo III, crowning Charlemagne
in the ancient Vatican basilica, claimed the legitimacy
of the imperial office from the Church.

At the same time, since the face of the Pope is that of Leo X
and Francis I of Valois, king of France, that of Charlemagne,
it alludes to the Concordat of Bologna in 1515,
with which the conflict between the Roman Church
and the kingdom of France ended.
